At The Messiah Collection, every piece is crafted to reflect beauty, meaning, and faith. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right in a simple and efficient way.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To begin your request:
- Take clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Email our support team at info@themessiahcollection.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Your evidence
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve this for you.
To qualify:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
What we offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item
Please note:
- Damage to packaging alone does not qualify
- The item itself must be damaged or not functioning properly
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, we will make it right.
Please follow these instructions:
Submit photo or video evidence showing:
- The item received
- The original packaging
- The shipping label
- A clear description of the issue (wrong item, size, or colour)
What we offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item
Order Delays
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time.
If your order has no tracking updates, remains pending, or is still in transit beyond the following timeframes:
- 45 days from shipping (Australian orders)
- 60 days from shipping (International orders)
You may be eligible for:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Delivered Orders
If tracking confirms your order has been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
If you believe your package was not received:
- You must provide official confirmation from the shipping carrier stating non-delivery.
Important Notes
- Refunds or replacements are only issued for verified issues
- All required evidence must be provided
- Requests must meet the timeframes outlined above
- In most cases, returns are not required
